To apply to Bayview Glen Day Camp, please print the Enrolment Forms below and mail the completed forms along with the following documents to the Camp Office. To have a form mailed to you, or for any other inquiries, please contact the Camp Office at 416.449.7746 or email camp@bayviewglen.ca

Your completed application must include all three forms. A separate application form is required for each camper.
