How to Apply
Click on the Online Registration link. All you have to do is create a free account and you will have access to our online forms! Simply complete these forms, including the payment of a deposit, and your child’s registration will be confirmed immediately once you submit the forms. An electronic copy of all the registration information will also be available for you to print for your records.
