Campers are carefully supervised by our well-trained and responsible staff. Our high ratio of staff to campers is one-to-three, including specialists and supervisors, and ensures that our camp is enjoyable and often exciting yet always safe for campers.

We take safety and supervision very seriously at Bayview Glen. We monitor every aspect of our program to ensure the highest standards of safety and care while providing campers every opportunity for fun.

Safety practices include two-way radio communication for all supervisors. We conduct fire and emergency drills and have registered nurses on staff. Our strictly enforced uniform policy for all staff members ensures that campers easily recognize our staff.
