The heart of the camp is truly our excellent staff. As they are directly responsible for the safety and well-being of our campers we devote every effort to finding and retaining the absolute best individuals.

Potential staff undergo both an interview and a diligent screening process which selects for sensitivity, character, talent, judgement and personality. We interview over 1,200 candidates each year, from which we carefully choose approximately 350. All of our staff are exceptional communicators with a genuine interest in motivating and inspiring children.
