For Campers Born in 1995-1998
The Tiger program is tailored to the developing and individual interests of older campers. In keeping with Bayview Glen’s longstanding tradition of high quality programming in a safe, predictable environment, we offer scheduled group activities plus specialized instruction in choice-electives. Electives let campers identify and explore activities of their own particular interest. Back for another season is our superb BVG Sports Camp and NEWBVG Arts Camp.
A typical day includes Red Cross swim instruction, recreational swimming, two double-period electives, one scheduled group activity and a nutritious lunch. Elective options vary by week, to help each camper experience a well-rounded and balanced program.
Campers enjoy a wide range of choices in our varied program of electives. Our specialty instructors provide detailed skill instruction in their areas, so that campers have fun while learning and developing skills in a safe environment.
Our facilities are as superb as our programs. For Tigers, this means having access to an air-conditioned building with a double gymnasium, state of the art computer labs, a fully equipped professional 400-seat theatre, a recording studio, a spacious modern art studio, plus an outdoor deck overlooking a magnificent ravine.
Campers can sharpen their in-line skating and hockey skills on a safe paved surface; bike through the camp’s copious trails; scale the climbing wall; or challenge themselves in various team sports. They can amaze each other with their work in fine arts, the recording studio, musical theatre or guitar instruction. They can explore interests like photography, video production, magic or even gourmet cooking.

"This is our fifth year at Bayview Glen and my kids are still thrilled with the camp. They don’t stop singing and dancing when they get home. As a matter of fact, this goes on for months after camp ends."
